RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to Blend In Against the Crowd within 14 days of your purchase for a full return.

Please email us at blendinagainstthecrowd@gmail.com with subject of "Return and Exchange" to make an exchange, refund, or refund to store credit.

We will provide the return shipping label if requested and a $10 handling fee (restocking fee) will be deducted from your final refund.

SECURELY PACK YOUR ITEM(S), INCLUDE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKING SLIP

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

All returns must be in original condition- this means unworn, unwashed with attached hangtags & packaging. Items that do no meet these criteria will be denied.

All "Final Sale" items & Personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchanges are only available for the same item, limited to different colors or sizes within the same style number.

It takes up to 10 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for us to process and complete your return and for it to be reflected in your account.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND OTHER FEES

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. Any abandoned packages are at the responsibility of the customer. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.
